Throughout history people have been challenged by the forces of nature.  Although we still have no control over the Earth’s destructive power, advances in technology, engineering, forecasting, and planning can, and have, made the world a safer place.

Masters of Disaster Science Symposium

Students will model and showcase technology relating to a specific natural disaster.

The Great Escape

Students will create  a live‐action team‐based escape room, where players cooperatively discover clues, solve puzzles, and accomplish tasks in order to survive a  natural disaster.
