As world leaders, should we stay on Earth or should we go (colonize off-world)?

Students take on the role of world leaders and have a summit: European Union, United States, etc. They come up with issues that affect us globally and argue for/against.

It is the beginning of the 24th century and humans have decided that “a future with space settlement is vastly better than one without it.”  Students will work together to design a new world and present a pitch to potential investors.
