Making the Case

There are two sides to every story, and yours deserves to be heard. From personal conflict to civil and criminal cases, understanding how to communicate and effectively argue is the first step to creating order and finding a peaceful resolution. Learning the ins and outs of legal jurisdiction, exploring the nature of logic and reasoning, and creating a convincing argument for your viewpoints is the best way to help ensure that just and unbiased resolutions are found for conflicts.

Students will prepare for and conduct a mock trial using what they have learned about conflict resolution and the American legal system.
