Workforce Learning: Career and Technical Education (CTE)
At Brown-Barge Middle School, Career and Technical Education programs give students the opportunity to learn by doing hands-on, project-based experiences. These programs connect classroom learning to real-world skills in areas such as culinary arts and technology education.
Students work on meaningful projects that mirror real careers, from planning and cooking meals for community events to designing digital media and technology projects. Through these experiences, students build creativity, collaboration skills, and practical knowledge that prepares them for high school pathways and future careers.
